Roster Changes

OYM recommends that rostered students complete the full 10 or 20 weeks of tutoring based on the district’s contract.

However, OYM recognizes that there are circumstances that may result in a student needing to be removed from a campus roster. Some examples include: 

• Drops/transfers 
• Overlapping required minutes (ex: IEP) 
• Parent has requested removal 
• Large scale behavior issues 
• Limited EL proficiency
