OYM Tutor & Campus Requests for Support

OYM strives to provide high quality tutoring sessions with minimal technology issues and with an emphasis for our tutors to create instructional time that is sacred so ALL students can learn and know the joy and freedom of reading.

In order to provide high quality instruction time, tutors may request support from campuses after troubleshooting technology issues on their own or attempting to reengage the student. 

Campuses also have the option to provide feedback or request support from OYM.
